Managers, decision making is completely determining based on professional necessity and by considering organizations situation in achieving the organization, s goal. Creativity was one of the skills for yesterday managers and is one of the necessities for managers, decision making in nowadays modern managements. Creating each kind of changes in organizational strategic approaches needs a creative thought and creating continuous creative learning. Creativity can be defined as completing process for new and imaginative perspective in different situations,, which can change the discovery of managers, decision making opportunity in to producing position according to advancing organizational approaches. The goal of the present research is to discover the effect of relation between creativity and improvement of managers, decision making, and the statistical society of this research includes managers in three levels (superior-middle-operational) in standards of Fars, Kehkulieh and Boyer Ahmad and Hormozgan provinces. The measurment device in this research is a questioner including 30 question which investigate and measure research hypothesis. All of the statistical society has been choosen as sample volume, has been distributed by using stratified random sampling of the questionnaire. The reliability measurement of the questioner and the coefficient of the validity of measurement device have been done through Cronbach Alfa method. Statistical processing of data has been done with SPSS software and MINITAB and research findings show that there is a meaning full velation between managers, decision making and improving employees' efficiency and most of the managers of governorship in Fars. Kehkulieh and boyer Ahmad and Hormozgan provinces believe that at first problems should be analyzed and then decision should be made. We can conclude from the findings of this research that by introducing managers to different dangers, their ability in taking risk can be increased through which managers can be helped in making vital decision Managers should increase creativity and innovation by doing research and then make better decisions. They know the move creativity the better and more dynamic decision, and if they are more creative they will make decision more rapidly.
