Background: Evaluating the performance of services provides benefits for organizations that can be achieved through good management in order to create favorable conditions for growth and support efforts to innovate the development of postal services in the country.
Objective: The main purpose of the research is to influence the entrepreneurial characteristics of managers on innovative behavior by evaluating the performance of postal services.
Method: The research method is applied in terms of data type and applied in terms of purpose. In terms of data collection method, descriptive and in part quantitative survey of all postal company customers who had referred to the post offices of Tehran's 13th district in the first six months of 1398 and random sampling (285 people) were performed. The research tools were made in the quantitative part of the researcher's questionnaire, which was examined by content validity and alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed with descriptive and inferential statistics including factor analysis and structural equations.
Results: The findings showed that the dimension of accuracy and diversity is more important among other dimensions and improves the performance of postal services in Tehran's 13th district.
Conclusion: The results, while providing a model that aims to create favorable conditions for growth and support efforts to develop the country's postal services with the benefit of evaluating the performance of services, said that managers' attitude to speed, convenience and customer satisfaction with sensitivity It is less important that it highlights the need to pay attention to it in providing services for the development of postal services in the organization.
